滋补阴虚，为中医的一种疗法。
《医宗金鑒·张仲景＜伤寒论·少阴病＞》“吴茱萸汤方”注引 清 沉明宗 曰：“心烦不得眠而无下利，乃肾水枯少，故用黄连阿胶汤滋阴清火，急救肾阴为主也。”《二十年目睹之怪现状》第一○一回：“据《食物本草》，这东西是滋阴的。”
滋阴，中医名词，指滋养阴液的一种治法。适用于阴虚潮热，盗汗，或热盛伤津而见舌红、口燥等癥。
