- The tissues in different layers and sections of the fresh sample taken from Zusanli acupoint were observed with microscope(X5~25), using ABS mold and lymph perfusion methods. - 用体视显微镜(5~25倍)观察足三里新鲜标本层次和断面结构及ABS铸型、淋巴灌注标本。 
- The results show that the acupuncture at Zusanli acupoint causes the activity changes on the relative functional regions of the brain. - 结果显示,针刺足三里会引起大脑相关脑区电活动的改变,为解释针灸的机理提供了又一证据。 
- Conclusion: After vagus cholinergic m receptor was blockaded, the signal of puncturing Zusanli acupoint may regulate gastric activity probably via external SP peptidergic nerve passage. - 结论:迷走胆堿能神经m受体被阻断后,针刺足三里信号可能通过外周SP等肽能神经调整胃功能活动。
