Gaulish language
The Gaulish language is an extinct Celtic language that was spoken in parts of France and the Swiss Rhine area C. Iulius Caesar, "Commentarii de Bello Gallico", Book 1, Chapter 1 in the Roman period, and is also considered to be epigraphically attested in Belgium and Northern Italy.
